What You'll Be Doing
-
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Diagnose equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.

Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.

Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement repairs.

Maintain production machinery and facility systems.

Work independently to prioritize maintenance needs.

Document repairs and communicate equipment issues between shifts.

Support equipment startups, changeovers, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO).
What We're Looking For
-
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Ability to diagnose and repair manufacturing equipment independently.

Strong problem-solving skills and a dependable work ethic.
-
Experience with PLCs, automated production equipment, or CMMS is a plus.
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.

Ability to climb ladders and work at heights when necessary.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally with assistance.

Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
