Location: Battle Ground, WAJob Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Janitorial team member to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our office, production, warehouse, restroom, and common areas. In this role, you will perform cleaning, sanitation, inspection, and waste removal duties to ensure our facility meets the highest standards for cleanliness and safety.
Schedule:
- Monday & Wednesday: 5:00pm – 8:00pm
- Tuesday & Thursday: 5:00pm – 9:30pm
Willing to be flexible with hours; some weeks may require additional cleaning and hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain office, warehouse, and production areas
- Notify supervisor regarding the need for repairs
- Follow all safety, security, and compliance procedures
- Safely store and use only company-provided cleaning products
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors; spot clean carpets as needed
- Deep clean carpets and handrails
- Gather and empty trash/recycling in designated areas and dispose in dumpsters
- Dust furniture, desks, equipment, and sensitive areas
- Clean restrooms and kitchen areas; restock supplies and communicate inventory needs
- Clean appliances and surfaces in breakrooms and office spaces
- Wear appropriate PPE and report any unusual contamination
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screen
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 40 lbs; push/pull up to 100 lbs
- Bend, twist, kneel, squat, reach overhead
- Strong pinch and grip ability
- Stand/walk for up to 5 hours per shift
