Maintenance & Facilities Technician

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

Pay Rate: $24.00/hour

Location: Irvine, CA
What You'll Do
-
Maintain sophisticated prescription laboratory equipment, high-vacuum coaters, RO/DI water systems, automated equipment, and air compressors.

Troubleshoot and repair low- and high-voltage electrical systems.

Perform preventative and predictive maintenance following established SOPs.

Maintain building systems, including plumbing and facility equipment.

Respond quickly to equipment downtime with the goal of maintaining at least 95% equipment uptime.

Address safety concerns related to electrical, HVAC/R, mechanical systems, hazardous waste, chemicals, and general facility operations.

Follow all applicable safety procedures, including LOTO protocols.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of three years of maintenance experience or equivalent (preferred).

Strong understanding of electromechanical equipment.

Experience using DVOMs, laptops, hand tools, and power tools.

Excellent documentation and attention to detail.

Valid California driver's license.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, standing, and other physical activities throughout the shift.
