What You'll Do

• Own the overall operation of the community: leasing, resident relations, maintenance, and financial performance
• Drive occupancy, revenue, and property value while controlling expenses
• Manage core processes: marketing, accounts receivable/payable, budgeting, and vendor relations
• Recruit, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Identify and solve problems to keep the property on track
• Communicate performance and needs with the Regional Supervisor and relevant teams

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years in property management or a related field
• Experience supervising staff, with strong leadership skills
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and applicable regulations
• Knowledge of financial and budgeting principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license
