The ability to use different hand and power tools and equipment will be necessary to perform this job well. Ultimately, we are looking for a motivated individual that enjoys the fast paced and demanding environment of our properties. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Mowing lawns, raking and disposal of grass clippingsString trimmingShrub and tree trimmingRaking and disposal of leavesWeedingPlanting of grass seed, flowers, shrubs and treesFertilizationGrounds pick-upsRemoval of dead shrubs and treesSnow and ice removal, snow blowing and shoveling, salt and ice chopping (Winter snow removal calls will be expected throughout the winter. Hours will vary)Service of equipment. Including oil changes, blade sharpening, routine maintenancePeriodic maintenance calls when neededBasic electrical & plumbing knowledge a plus
