Overview:

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery.
Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs in a timely manner.
Repair or replace motors, bearings, belts, chains, sensors, switches, and other components.
Troubleshoot electrical systems, wiring, control panels, and industrial equipment.
Assist with installation and setup of new machinery and equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, electrical diagrams, and equipment manuals.
Perform routine inspections to identify potential equipment or safety concerns.
Complete maintenance work orders and accurately document repairs.
Maintain tools, parts, and maintenance work areas.
Follow all company safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO).
Work closely with production employees and supervisors to reduce equipment downtime.
Assist with general facility maintenance as needed.

Skills and Experience:

Qualifications

Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
Electrical troubleshooting experience preferred.
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, bearings, and industrial machinery.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment.
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to safety.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to stand, bend, climb, and lift throughout the shift.
