- Oversee construction projects and review architectural drawings.
- Solicit competitive bids, negotiate, and award contracts.
- Ensure the highest standards of maintenance and property appearance.
- Supervise maintenance personnel and provide prioritized worklists.
- Manage new tenant move-ins to ensure timely completion and occupancy.
- Maintain excellent relationships with tenants.
