Job SummaryWe are seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team! As a Pool Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the integrity of various customers’ hot tubs or swimspas, including cleaning acrylic, floors, pump baskets, filters, and more. You will also be checking the water pH and chemical levels and making adjustments as needed, documenting any hot tub issues, and communicating all issues and changes to both management and customers. The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and is comfortable working outside much of the year.
Responsibilities

• Maintaining and diagnosing hot tubs/swimspas
• Cleaning the hot tubs, and swimspas
• Willingness to travel to pick up inventory items along with delivering them with help
• Troubleshoot minor or major problems to help the customers product run
• Document issues and repair needs, and communicate the status of the equipment to both management and customers

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills
• Experience working with pools/hot tubs desired
• Ability to work outside, sometimes in the sun or weather conditions
