Job Description

Job DescriptionStep onto our 2nd shift and keep world-class presses humming

When late afternoon rolls in, you take the handoff from first shift and walk the floor—ears tuned to the rhythm of our presses, eyes scanning for the smallest sign of wear. You’re the calm in the moment when a feeder misbehaves, the expert who can rebuild a gearbox, and the partner production trusts to keep work moving.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Required certifications for electrical work.
  • Prior supervisory experience is helpful but not required.

  • Self-directed with the ability to prioritize multiple maintenance and repair needs.

Why you’ll thrive here

You’ll join a team that values craftsmanship and continuous improvement, where your ideas to increase uptime and reliability are encouraged—and implemented.
