Experienced Condominium, HOA Portfolio Property Managers
Job Description
Job Description
Property Manager — Great North
$65,000–$85,000, based on experience · Full-time
Be the person communities count on.
Great North manages community associations across New England, and our Property Managers are the face of that work. You’ll run a portfolio of local associations, partner with volunteer Boards who care deeply about where they live, and keep a network of trusted contractors delivering their best.
No two days look the same. One morning you’re walking a property with a landscaper; that evening you’re at a board meeting helping members plan the next big project. If you like variety, ownership, and seeing the results of your work every time you drive through a community, you’ll love it here.
What you’ll do
- Keep properties running. Oversee maintenance and custodial services for shared spaces, coordinating with vendors so problems get solved fast.
- Hold vendors to a high bar. Monitor contracts, verify compliance, and inspect work to make sure it’s done right.
- Run the bid process. Solicit and evaluate bids for landscaping, snow removal, maintenance, and construction projects.
- Be a trusted advisor to the Board. Attend board meetings, deliver updates and recommendations, and keep communication flowing between Boards, residents, and contractors.
- Walk the property. Conduct regular inspections to keep homes and common areas in line with association documents and rules.
- Keep things organized. Maintain association records and support Boards and homeowners with day-to-day administration.
- Lead annual meetings. Organize and attend annual meetings, giving owners a clear picture of their community.
- Be the go-to. Serve as the main point of contact for community questions, and jump in wherever you’re needed.
What you’ll bring
- Strong interpersonal and business communication skills, comfortable with homeowners, contractors, and Board members alike
- Sharp organization and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Comfort with property management software and a solid grasp of financial reporting
- Property management experience; CMCA, PCAM, or CPM certification strongly preferred
