Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

• Meet with motivated homeowners and conduct listing consultations
• Develop pricing and marketing strategies to win listings
• Manage seller leads, listings, and follow-up through a CRM
• Conduct showings, open houses, and listing presentations
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through the sales process
• Build relationships that drive referrals and repeat business
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching

Qualifications: Who We’re Looking For

• Active South Carolina Real Estate License required
• Real estate sales or listing experience preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Proven ability to convert seller leads into listings
• Comfortable using CRM and real estate sales systems
• Client-focused, organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Coachable with a commitment to continuous growth
