<h3>Job Description</h3>
Job DescriptionSalary: $15-$30 hourly 
The Maintenance Technician will provide on-site maintenance support for tasks that are to be completed within 10 business days. 
<ul>
<li> Review and assigning of tickets in owner software</li>
<li> Update owner software with your hours for each ticket (and any other laborer hours) and any relevant notes and documents. </li>
<li> Routine weekly/monthly/annual tasks as outlined by Owner Staff</li>
<li> Ordering materials as needed</li>
<li> Providing all receipts and invoices to the Project Manager for processing on a weekly basis. </li>
<li> Picking up and delivery of materials to job site</li>
<li> Escort subcontractors as needed</li>
<li> Coordinating scheduling with end user</li>
<li> Job walk-throughs as needed for understanding of SOW and to provide guidance of work needed for successful completion. </li>
<li> Schedule in house carpenters and escort as needed</li>
<li> Schedule and coordinate with subcontractors as needed </li>
