We are a property management company seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. If you take pride in keeping properties running smoothly and enjoy working with your hands in a resident-facing role, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Complete apartment turnovers including painting, repairs, cleaning, and minor upgrades
- Perform routine maintenance, including minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks
- Respond to resident work orders and emergency maintenance calls promptly
- Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas and grounds
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff to ensure high satisfaction
- Occasionally coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs
- Participate in an After-Hours emergency call rotation
- Snow removal is required.
- Communicate with Property Manager and Regional Managers
Requirements:
- 1+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in residential or multifamily housing
- Skilled in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and complete tasks on time
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- HVAC/EPA certification is a plus but not required
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
