Job Description

We are seeking an Apartment Leasing Agent to join our team! You will be leasing and pre-leasing residential apartments within our current portfolio in Brockton. Salary is negotiable based on experience.

The office location is in Brockton, MA. It is an in-office position.

Hours are 9:30 A.M. – 6:00 P.M. Monday – Friday. Some evenings and weekends, if necessary.

Responsibilities:

Online Marketing and Advertising.
Promptly and diligently follow up with all leads and prospects through our digital platforms. Make calls (50-100 calls a day).
Schedule viewings, physically meet prospective tenants at different property locations to show upcoming units (typically occupied), utilizing sales skills to effectively close prospects.
Review Rental Applications. Screen tenants, conduct credit and criminal checks, and obtain the documentation required for completed applications, which will then be handed off to a manager.
Convert prospects into tenants and maintain occupancy expectations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-years of experience in the property management and/or leasing field with a successful record is preferred.
Ability to work independently.
Strong computer skills to navigate multiple platforms.
Good communication, sociable, self-motivated, dependable, professional, and honest.
Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
Strong organizational skills.
Customer service-oriented with the ability to engage different personalities.
Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
