Certified Apartment Staffing is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for a multifamily community in Tallahassee!
We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on technician who already has apartment/multifamily maintenance experience and can hit the ground running. Local Tallahassee listings commonly emphasize skills such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, work orders, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

<li>Previous apartment/multifamily maintenance experience REQUIRED</li>
<li>Strong general maintenance and troubleshooting skills</li>
<li>Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances &amp; HVAC</li>
<li>Able to complete work orders efficiently and professionally</li>
<li>Make-ready/turn experience is a plus</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic</li>
<li>Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>EPA/HVAC certification is a plus</li>
