Maintenance Manager

Full Time | Days | 8am-4:30pm

What will I do as a Maintenance Manager for The Wesley Community?

  • The primary purpose of your position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Maintenance/Building Safety in accordance with federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Director of Facilities to assure that our facility is maintained in a orderly, safe and economical manner.

Maintenance Manager Requirements:

  • High School graduation or equivalency required.
  • Technical training in associated field preferred.
  • Five years experience in related field required.
  • Supervisory experience required.
  • Must have good working knowledge of building construction and maintenance.
  • Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems.
  • Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.
  • Must have 5 years of DOH Survey experience.
