Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

• Sunday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Weekend work required

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Job Summary

LJ's Cleaning Solutions is seeking a dependable Janitorial Cleaner/Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility. This position is responsible for cleaning offices, common areas, restrooms, and other assigned spaces while following company safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, restrooms, hallways, breakrooms, and common areas

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and polish floors

• Clean windows, walls, ceilings, vents, light fixtures, and furniture

• Empty trash and recycling containers

• Restock restroom and janitorial supplies

• Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment

• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures

• Report accidents, maintenance issues, or safety concerns promptly

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Frequently lift up to 35 lbs and occasionally up to 40 lbs

• Ability to bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach throughout the shift

• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors

• Ability to safely work with cleaning chemicals and wear required PPE

POSITION PROFILE

• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

• Must comply with any dress code requirements.

• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
