Job DescriptionMaintenance Manager Anatole at Norman – Norman, OK About the Job We’re hiring a skilled Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance operations at Anatole at Norman. You’ll oversee the maintenance team, ensure high-quality repairs, manage budgets, and keep the community running safely, smoothly, and efficiently. What You’ll Do
- Lead, train, and motivate the maintenance team
- Oversee repairs, service requests, inspections, and preventative maintenance
- Manage unit turns using TQMR standards
- Ensure OSHA, EPA, ADA, and Fair Housing compliance
- Maintain budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Support emergency maintenance needs and oncall rotation
What You Need
- Experience in multifamily or property maintenance
- HVAC certification required; CPO preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
- Leadership experience with the ability to train and coach
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs as needed
