<li>Perform general maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep</li>
<li>Handle minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC tasks</li>
<li>Support small construction projects and preventive maintenance</li>
<li>Travel between three locations as needed</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>2+ years of general maintenance, construction, or handyman experience</li>
<li>Reliable transportation</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills</li>
</ul>
Preferred: HVAC, carpentry, minor electrical, or plumbing experienceBenefits
