Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Reports To: Area Manager
Job Summary
Clean Team Inc. is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our cleaning team! We are a growing company that takes pride in providing clean, safe, and welcoming workplaces for our clients.
No prior cleaning experience is required - we are willing to train the right person who has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
As a General Cleaner, you will play an important role in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional environment for our clients. We are looking for team members who take pride in their work, pay attention to details, and are committed to doing the job right.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain assigned areas to ensure they are clean, safe, and presentable.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and equipment.
- Sweep, mop, and maintain hard floor surfaces.
- Vacuum carpets and rugs.
- Empty trash and recycling containers.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms.
- Refill restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
- Keep cleaning carts and supplies organized and stocked.
- Follow company safety guidelines and cleaning procedures.
- Provide quality service while maintaining a professional attitude.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be dependable and arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
- Ability to work independently and follow cleaning instructions.
- Ability to work well with supervisors, coworkers, and clients.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform cleaning duties for extended periods.
- Ability to push or pull up to 20 pounds.
- Some locations may require a drug test.
- A valid driver's license and proof of insurance may be required for certain locations.
