About the Role: Leasing Consultant
As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the face of the community—connecting with future residents, supporting retention efforts, and ensuring our apartments feel like home from the very first visit. You’ll work closely with the Community Manager and help make our community a vibrant, welcoming place.
️ What You’ll Do:
Leasing & Marketing

Show rent-ready units to prospective residents

Process applications and lease documents accurately and on time

Follow up with all leads and prospects within 24 hours

Support community marketing and outreach efforts

Maintain cleanliness and appeal of leasing office and tour areas
Customer Service

Provide professional, friendly, and prompt responses to residents and prospects

Handle phone and walk-in inquiries with a can-do attitude
-
Accurately log service requests in Yardi
-
Build trust and rapport with all residents
Other Key Responsibilities
-
Attend company training and team-building events (may include occasional travel)

Follow Fair Housing and company compliance procedures

Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
✅ What You Bring:
-
1+ year in property management and/or customer service
-
Experience with affordable housing (LIHTC)
-
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience is a plus
-
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred (based on property needs)

Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 30 lbs.), and use office equipment regularly

Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
