<p>The Art at Park Place in Hurst, TX is actively seeking a self-motivated, sales driven, customer service oriented professional to manage and lease our multi-family residential community. We welcome the opportunity to speak with established Assistant and Property Managers.</p>
<p>The Property Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction to associates within the property, mentoring associates and ensuring all roles are defined in order to achieve our established community goals.</p>
<p>Job duties:</p>
<ul>
<li>Manage, supervise, train and coach all apartment community personnel</li>
<li>Assist residents with concerns and everyday needs</li>
<li>Promote and assure apartment community maintains a high-rate of occupancy</li>
<li>Rent collection and on-time submittals</li>
<li>Completing necessary office tasks on-time</li>
<li>Onesite experience is a HUGE PLUS</li>
