The Commercial Janitorial/Cleaning role is responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, and well-presented office buildings and apartment complexes. This position performs routine cleaning, floor care, restroom sanitation, waste removal, disinfection, and related facility support while following safe work practices.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain office buildings and apartment complexes.
- Perform floor care, including routine cleaning and maintenance.
- Sanitize restrooms and replenish restroom supplies.
- Remove waste and dispose of materials appropriately.
- Disinfect surfaces to support a sanitary environment.
- Restock cleaning and facility supplies.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Handle cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety requirements.
- Follow safety compliance procedures.
