Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing information
- Deliver excellent customer service to current and future residents
- Process applications, prepare leasing documents, and maintain accurate records
- Manage phone calls, emails, and daily office communication
- Support marketing efforts, outreach, and resident engagement
- Maintain a professional, welcoming leasing office environment
- Assist with daily operations to ensure a smooth leasing process
Requirements
- Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office
- Comfortable using basic computer and property management software
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
