Job Description
PM Staffing DMV is seeking an experienced, reliable, and motivated Maintenance Technician to join a residential apartment community in the Columbia, MD area.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong hands-on multifamily property maintenance experience, capable of working independently with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential apartments and common areas.

Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues.

Complete work orders efficiently and professionally.

Perform apartment turnovers and make-ready repairs.

Conduct preventive maintenance and routine property inspections.

Respond to maintenance requests and address issues promptly.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building repairs.

Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently.

Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

Reliable, punctual, professional, and detail-oriented.

EPA certification is a plus.

Must have reliable transportation.
