Maintenance Technician
- Columbia (Southeast), SC
- $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
- 2nd Shift

We're recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a well-established heavy engineering manufacturer producing steel products for the water, pipework and gas industries.
What You'll Do
- Install, maintain and repair industrial machinery and equipment
- Connect power supply wiring to machines and production equipment
- Repair piping, hydraulic, pneumatic and auxiliary systems
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical equipment faults
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
- Maintain pumps, motors and conveyor systems
- Operate machine shop equipment including lathes, drill presses and grinders
- Complete welding and fabrication work as required
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years' industrial maintenance experience
- Experience maintaining VFDs and electric motors
- Welding and fabrication experience is preferred
