About the Role
We are hiring an Apartment Leasing Consultant for a multifamily community in St. Petersburg, FL. You will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and play a key role in meeting leasing and occupancy goals.
Responsibilities

Greet prospects, answer phone and online inquiries, and schedule tours.

Conduct property and unit tours, highlighting features and benefits.

Explain pricing, availability, and qualification criteria.

Process applications, collect required documentation, and assist with move-ins.

Support resident retention through renewals and professional communication.

Update guest cards and activity in property management software.
Qualifications

1+ year of leasing, sales, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.

Strong communication and closing skills.

Comfortable working some Saturdays.

Basic computer skills; experience with Yardi, RealPage, or similar a plus.
