Job Description

Career Strategies is seeking a customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to join a well-established apartment community in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and motivated professional looking to grow their career in property management while making a positive impact on residents and the community.

Schedule/Hours:

Monday through Friday - 8AM -5PM

Responsibilities

Assist with the day-to-day operations of the apartment community.
Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
Support leasing activities, move-ins, move-outs, and resident retention.
Assist with rent collections, resident files, and administrative duties.
Answer phones, respond to resident inquiries, and resolve concerns professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations.
Work closely with the Property Manager to maintain an organized and successful community.

Qualifications

Previous apartment leasing, assistant property management, or property management experience preferred.
Section 8/Housing Choice Voucher experience is strongly preferred.
Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
