Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-Time
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm. This position will be part of the region-based rotating on-call schedule for after hour emergencies.
Location: This position will be in-person at a multi-family apartment community in SW Portland.
Reports to: Property Manager
Compensation Package:
- Competitive starting hourly pay range of $31.00-$31.00
- Monthly phone allowance of $50.00
