The Experienced Groundskeeper plays a crucial role in maintaining the pristine appearance and safety of the property grounds. This position involves hands-on care of landscaping, equipment use, and ensuring a welcoming outdoor environment for residents. Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards are essential in this role.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, and planting
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Manage weed control and pest management programs
- Remove debris and maintain cleanliness of all outdoor areas
- Conduct seasonal cleanups such as leaf removal and snow clearing
- Inspect property grounds and report any issues or safety hazards
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in groundskeeping or landscaping
