We are seeking skilled Electrical Maintenance or Multi-craft Technicians to support night-shift manufacturing operations in a manufacturing production environment. This role is critical to minimizing equipment downtime, maintaining safe and efficient plant operations, and supporting continuous production. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on industrial maintenance experience across mechanical and electrical systems, with exposure to manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime
- Support manufacturing operations by responding promptly to equipment failures during production
- Diagnose root causes of equipment issues and recommend corrective actions
- Assist with installation, modification, and commissioning of equipment and tooling
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and spare parts usage
- Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, and plant policies
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and uptime
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and safety
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong multi-craft OR electrical troubleshooting skills
- PLC troubleshooting experience
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical documentation
- Comfortable working independently on night shift with minimal supervision
