Location: Pooler, GA (On-site)
Pay Rate: $15.00 - $15.50 / hour (depends on shift)
Shift Options:

1st Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Janitor / Maintenance Worker (Porter) to oversee the cleanliness, overall appearance, and day-to-day upkeep of our facility in Pooler, GA. This position ensures our warehouse areas, restrooms, and employee common spaces remain safe, clean, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine janitorial cleaning and general maintenance tasks throughout the facility.

Thoroughly clean and sanitize warehouse work areas, restrooms, breakrooms, and office spaces.

Sweep, mop, clear debris, and maintain floor safety standards.

Empty trash receptacles, dispose of waste properly, and keep cleaning supplies stocked and organized.

Inspect facilities daily and report any physical or equipment maintenance concerns to supervision.
Qualifications:

Prior janitorial, facilities maintenance, or porter experience required (warehouse environment preferred).

Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and dependability.

Knowledge of standard cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety protocols.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform manual cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
Warehouse Dress Code & General Requirements
- Closed-toe shoes are required. Safety shoes or work shoes should be worn where required by the site.
- Wear clean, work-appropriate clothing suitable for a warehouse environment. Clothing must allow safe movement and must not create a snagging hazard.
- No loose or excessively baggy clothing, open-toe shoes, sandals, slippers, or high heels.
- Long hair should be secured when working near machinery or material-handling equipment.
- Required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety vests or other site-issued equipment, must be worn as directed.
- Clothing or accessories with offensive, unsafe, or inappropriate wording or graphics are not permitted.
- Employees must follow all site safety, security, attendance, and conduct rules while on assignment.
