Compensation:
$15 - $19 hourly
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do:
- Provide administrative support to the Property Management team
- Respond to resident, applicant, and owner inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels
- Help ensure compliance with Fair Housing, Section 8, LIHTC, and local regulations
- Coordinate maintenance and vendor work orders; manage vendor SLAs
- Maintain accurate records and reports in AppFolio and Google Suite
- Deliver excellent resident service and resolve escalated tenant issues
- Grow in the position through continued learning and skill building
- Create and update property listings, marketing materials, and online advertisements.
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and resident inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Success at 6 months:
- Reduced vacancy days, accurate listing launches, high-quality leasing support
Tools you’ll use: Google Suite, CRM, MLS, AppFolio/Yardi
Qualifications:
What You’ll Bring (Must-Haves):
- Prior admin, leasing, or customer service experience
- Strong organization and communication skills; bilingual a plus
- Pursuing a Texas Real Estate license or willing to get one
Nice-to-haves:
- Familiarity with MLS, CRM, or property management platforms
