Looking to file 2 positions ASAP. Seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician ($26 hr.) and Maintenance Supervisor ( Pay is D.O.E.) with EPA Universal Certification (Types I, II & III). Maintenance Techs Responsibilities include maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, performing preventive maintenance, and completing general facility repairs. Strong mechanical aptitude, excellent troubleshooting skills, and previous maintenance experience required is a must. Valid driver's license, drug screen, and background check required.
Must have on the job experience and good job stability.
Job Description:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC and building systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
- Install, repair, and replace HVAC components as needed.
- Perform electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance repairs.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate service records and follow all safety procedures.
- Ensure equipment operates efficiently and meets company standards.
Requirements:
- EPA Universal Certification (Types I, II & III) required.
- Previous commercial or industrial maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
