Responsibilities:

• Perform routine commercial cleaning of offices, restrooms, lobbies, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces to maintain a clean environment
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and fixtures
• Dust and wipe down furniture, desks, windowsills, and other surfaces
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper
• Follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment

Requirements:

• Prior commercial or janitorial cleaning experience preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and sanitation standards
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
• Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends as needed
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to job sites a plus
