WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
As a Morning Maintenance Technician, you'll earn $18.75/hour, plus a $3.00/hour weekend differential. You'll also enjoy a full-time, consistent schedule, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, five days on and two days off. Enjoy early evenings and a predictable routine.
All that you need for this property maintenance position is:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and a great work ethic
Maintenance tech, landscaping, or other service-related experience is a major plus!

In this property maintenance role, you will begin each day by operating our sweeper vehicles to methodically cleanse the streets and parking lots of Kansas City before peak hours. Transitioning seamlessly from vehicular operation to on-foot work, you will collect debris, proactively address potential hazards, and maintain a secure environment with meticulous attention to detail. Your efforts ensure that the community is greeted each morning by a well-maintained, safe, and pristine setting, reinforcing our commitment to excellence and public safety.
