Davis Conference Center is looking for a full-time Property Maintenance Technician to help maintain our premier conference center and adjoining hotel. Every day brings something new-from repairing equipment and troubleshooting building systems to completing preventative maintenance that creates an exceptional experience for our guests.

What You'll Do
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance throughout the conference center and hotel
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and other building systems
- Complete carpentry, painting, flooring, drywall patching, and general repair projects
- Assist with equipment installations, construction projects, and facility improvements
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests while ensuring high-quality workmanship
- Follow work orders, OSHA safety standards, and company security procedures
- Communicate professionally with guests, vendors, and fellow team members
- Work closely with the Chief Engineer and maintenance team to keep the property operating efficiently
- Help maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of the building and surrounding grounds
What We're Looking For
- Experience operating a forklift
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Comfortable climbing ladders, working at heights, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to follow work orders, safety procedures, and maintenance standards
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented and customer-focused approach
- Hotel, hospitality, or commercial building maintenance experience preferred
- Basic HVAC knowledge or experience preferred
