The Maintenance Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of the Hayden Grove Bloomington community. This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing resident requests, and ensuring that all facilities are safe and well-maintained. The Maintenance Assistant will work closely with the property management team to identify areas needing attention and implement solutions promptly. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair techniques.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work.
- Experience in property management or real estate maintenance.

Responsibilities:
