We're currently seeking a high-performing Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations at a 900-bed student housing property near Boone, NC in Western North Carolina’s scenic Blue Ridge Mountains.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced student housing leasing professional who's looking for a leadership challenge at a larger property. With $10,000 or more of leasing commission potential and the chance to build your leadership skills, the right candidate will have the opportunity to make a real impact on property performance at a key property in the regional portfolio.

Responsibilities
- Oversee leasing and marketing operations at a 900-bed student housing property
- Lead and support a team of 2 leasing consultants and 5 part-time community assistants
- Manage social media presence and execute marketing strategies to attract residents
- Coordinate resident events and foster a vibrant community atmosphere
- Track leasing goals and maintain accountability for performance metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Assistant or Leasing Manager experience in student housing
- Experience managing leasing operations at a large student property
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding leasing goals
- Prior experience managing social media and digital marketing for properties
- Willing to commute or relocate to Boone, NC

- Earn $75,000 or more in total compensation, including base salary and commissions
- Leasing commissions of $10,000 plus a $1,000 sign on bonus
