What You’ll Do
As an Apartment Setup Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly face and go-to problem-solver for our guests. You’ll split your time between hands-on apartment support and essential back-office operations, ensuring each stay feels seamless and memorable.

  • Conduct thorough e-inspections before move-in and after move-out, documenting apartment condition
  • Assist with move-in needs: from hanging curtains and delivering groceries to prepping welcome baskets
  • Coordinate with maintenance, vendors, and community staff to resolve requests and work orders promptly
  • Manage lockboxes, keys, and internet/cable gear—keeping everything organized and accessible
  • Keep our apartments looking their best by inventorying and styling each space
  • Support marketing efforts with monthly inventory counts and insightful reports

Requirements:

Who You Are

  • A high-school grad (or equivalent) with 6–12 months in customer-focused or operations roles
  • Tech-savvy with solid Microsoft Office skills
  • A clear and confident communicator—both written and verbal
  • A go-getter with a proven track record of “above and beyond” service
  • Someone who notices and cares about the little details
  • A safe driver with a valid license, clean record, and reliable ride
