Job Description

Rocky Mountain Protective Service Inc. is seeking a dependable and professional Unarmed Security Officer for a public-facing office environment in Evergreen, Colorado.

The officer will help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for employees and visitors through a visible security presence, strong customer service, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

Monitor entrances and assigned areas.
Maintain a professional and visible security presence.
Observe and report security or safety concerns.
Assist with de-escalation when needed.
Communicate professionally with employees and visitors.
Complete incident and daily activity reports.
Follow site procedures and emergency instructions.
Contact supervisors or emergency services when required.

Requirements

Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to reliably commute to Evergreen, CO 80439.
Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
Good customer-service and observation skills.
Ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
Ability to complete required background screening and training.
Previous security experience preferred.
First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
