Job Description

The Work

Single-family rental maintenance across Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Garland, Grand Prairie, and surrounding areas. Typical work orders include:

HVAC service calls: thermostats, capacitors, condensate lines, filter and troubleshooting work
Plumbing repairs: leaks, faucets, toilets, water heaters, drain clearing, slab leak identification
Electrical repairs: outlets, switches, fixtures, breakers, GFCI
Roof repairs: shingle replacement, flashing, leak tracing, hail damage
General handyman work: drywall, paint touch-ups, doors, locks, appliance swaps, make-readies between tenants

You complete the work order, document it with photos in our mobile app, and get paid per job. More completed orders means more money. No hourly cap.

What You Need

3+ years hands-on experience across multiple trades
Real working competence in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and roofing repair (licenses not required in every trade, we work under company licenses)
Your own truck or van and full tool set
Smartphone, valid TX driver's license, clean record, able to pass background check
Comfortable in occupied homes, professional with tenants

Bonus Points: EPA 608, any TDLR or TSBPE license, hail/storm repair experience, make-ready experience, bilingual English/Spanish
