A leading manufacturing organization in the northwest suburbs is looking for a Maintenance Engineering Supervisor to lead a technical team and drive equipment reliability, uptime, and continuous improvement across a sophisticated manufacturing operation.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineering or maintenance leader who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on. You’ll oversee maintenance and engineering activities, lead capital improvement projects, support the commissioning of new equipment, and work closely with production to improve reliability, capacity, and efficiency.

We’re looking for someone with a B.S. in Engineering or a related technical field and 10+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, along with experience leading technical teams and projects.

Experience with AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, PLCs, or machine vision is a plus.
