We are seeking a full-time Tree Company Groundsman who is an experienced climber with a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate must hold a valid driver's license and have a phone for communication. This role involves supporting a small crew of 2-3 people in mixed environments while working standard daytime hours. The groundsman will work under direct daily supervision and must be able to collaborate effectively with the team.
Responsibilities
- Support tree climbers and crew during work activities
- Assist with site preparation and cleanup
- Maintain equipment and tools
- Follow safety protocols on worksites
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
