AVERAGE DAY AS AN AFFORDABLE HOUSING COMPLIANCE AND PROPERTY MANAGER
This is a full-time position with shifts scheduled during standard business hours, with daily dispatch from home to your assigned Detroit-area location.
In this role, you'll oversee both compliance and daily property operations, traveling directly from your home to your assigned site. Your day will include assisting prospective residents with applications, ensuring all documentation meets compliance standards, and completing annual recertifications accurately and on time. You'll address resident concerns professionally, coordinate maintenance to keep the property clean and orderly, and ensure it meets inspection and ownership expectations.
