MAU is hiring a Maintenance Manager for our client in Charleston, SC. As a Maintenance Manager, you will design and develop engineering solutions, support manufacturing processes, and collaborate across teams to improve system performance. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Required Education and Experience
- Fundamental mechanical knowledge
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Preferred Education and Experience
- Experience with SolidWorks & CAD
- Fabrication or production experience
- Knowledge of ASME codes and standards

Essential Functions
- Design and develop engineering solutions across multiple disciplines
- Work on dredge systems, pumping stations, and welded assemblies
- Support manufacturing processes and continuous improvement efforts
- Analyze component failures and implement effective solutions
- Apply engineering standards and best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production teams, and customers
