Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular maintenance checks and minor repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
• Ensure all equipment is in working order and report any issues to management.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and cleanliness standards.
• Perform light maintenance duties, such as changing light bulbs, replacing air filters, and fixing minor plumbing issues.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure all equipment is functioning properly
• Keep cleaning and maintenance equipment in good working condition.
• Report safety hazards and facility issues to management.
• Assist with other facility needs as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in maintenance and cleaning, ideally in a commercial setting.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and minor repairs.
• Ability to use cleaning and maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and standing for long periods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and maintenance equipment.
