Job Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
Location: Valencia, CA
Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity in Valencia, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing and maintaining mechanical and hydraulic components of production machines and facility systems. This includes working with metal fabricating equipment, material handling systems, and automated lubrication systems by following blueprints, technical manuals, and specifications.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain production-related equipment.

Perform facility maintenance, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, sewer, compressed air, and life support systems.

Use equipment manuals, blueprints, and precision measuring tools to identify and resolve mechanical issues.

Dismantle machinery to access and replace worn or defective parts.

Maintain tools and equipment required for repair work.

Ensure all work complies with safety and environmental standards.

Assist in hazardous waste area maintenance as required.

Carry out other maintenance duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.

Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and precision testing instruments.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints.

Basic computer skills required.

Strong understanding of facility maintenance and mechanical systems.
