**POSITION SUMMARY: **

This position is responsible for performing maintenance and service tasks related to facility systems, including mechanical, electrical, and general building systems. The role ensures all systems operate efficiently and safely to support daily operations.

**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: **

  • Interpret blueprints and instructions for equipment repair and specifications.

  • Repair and maintain electronic and mechanical production equipment.

  • Troubleshoot mixers, blenders, extruders, grinders, plumbing, HVAC, vacuum systems, and boilers.

  • Perform preventive maintenance and minimize equipment downtime.

  • Recommend equipment upgrades and complete parts/supply requests.

  • Follow work orders for repairs and capital improvements.

  • Adhere to all safety and environmental procedures.

  • Assist in decisions to halt production for emergency equipment repairs.

SALARY RANGE:

$21.04 to $31.16 hourly. Compensation for this role is negotiable based on experience and skill set.

**POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: **

  • High School Diploma.

  • Technical training in a related field.

  • 1–5 years of experience in manufacturing operations.

  • HVAC and electrical certifications preferred.
