Position Overview:

\n

The Facility Supervisor (NIGHTS) will support the night shit maintenance and operation of the facility to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. This entry–to–mid level role assists with scheduling work orders, coordinating basic maintenance activities, and supporting safety and compliance programs. The Facility Supervisor I works closely with technicians and contractors while receiving guidance from senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

\n

• Assist in coordinating routine maintenance activities and minor repairs.

\n

• Must be able to work Nights.

\n

• Monitor facility operations including HVAC, lighting, and building upkeep.

\n

• Support facility inspections and assist in implementing corrective actions.

\n

• Maintain work order records and help track preventive maintenance schedules.

\n

• Assist with vendor coordination for small-scale repairs and services.

\n

• Support facilities-related projects and improvements as assigned.

\n

• Promote adherence to safety policies and support site safety initiatives.

\n

• Provide basic reporting on facility issues, completion status, and follow-ups.

\n

Qualifications:

\n

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or related field.

\n

• Education: Associate degree or technical diploma preferred; equivalent experience considered.

\n


\n

Skills:

\n

- Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.

\n

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

\n

- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and vendors.

\n

- Willingness to learn and grow into increasing responsibilities.

\n


\n

Additional Requirements:

\n

- Ability to work occasional overtime or after-hours as needed.

\n

- Valid driver’s license.

\n
